Dynamic Greeting Topic doesn't exist

Hello everyone,

I wanted to add the Dynamic Greeting Topic to my VA but I can't find it in VA Designer.

I installed "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" and I'm using the Xanadu version.

Can someone tell me whre is the topic ? Do I need to install more module ?

With the help of a colleague we solved the problem. We exported the topic from a PDI that had everything right (the topic was avalaible after we installed ITSM plugin), then imported it into our dev instance.

Go to Conversational Experience --> Setting --> Virtual Agent.

Thank you for your answer but it doesn't help me at all.

I already looked in "Custom greetings and setup". I tried to modify the "Default chat experience" and in the "Setup Topics" tab but again, I don't have the "Dynamic Greeting" option.

Could you please elaborate your answer ?

Sorry for the language, I've changed it to make it more understandable.

As I said, I already looked here...

And if I click on “Greeting” to change the topic, there's no “Dynamic Greeting” option.
