Dynamic Greeting Topic doesn't exist

Hello everyone,

I wanted to add the Dynamic Greeting Topic to my VA but I can't find it in VA Designer.

I installed "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations" and I'm using the Xanadu version.

Can someone tell me whre is the topic ? Do I need to install more module ?

As you can see in my previous anwers, I don't have the "Dynamic Greeting Topic."... That's the whole point of this discussion. 

In your first answer you told me "believe me it is not easy" and I believe you, I can't find any help on why this topic is not existing on my instance.

I can understand it is too frustrating. 

Let's do one thing

- Repair the VA plugin and also the ITSM plugin or update to the latest version.

After this please check.

I repaired the plugins but I still don't have access to the topic.

I found under "Virtual Agent Designer > Explore additional topics" that I need a spoke/plugin to have the Dynamic greeting topic:

I wanted to try the link "View" to see if it helps me but the link is dead..

Surprisingly I did not see the same interface at my end, possible to share the direct link by hiding the instance name?
