Hi all,
im trying to access this compose email functionality from workspace and its good, but i want to make the email body to be readonly, how can i do this. any help is appreciated.

Hi @Its_Azar
I think it’s not possible because the email body contains the username, caller, or other details that get auto-populated based on the record. If you make it read-only, how would those values get populated?

yup, but requirement is that the user clicks the button sees the mail but shouldn't be able to edit the body content, i was wondering if that was possible. i understand that that the form values get populated here.
