Hi @Community Alums ,
To configure your personal email account with ServiceNow instance, you need to follow these steps:
- Log in to your ServiceNow instance as an admin user.
- Go to the "Email Properties" module.
- Enable the "Inbound" and "Outbound" options.
- Go to the "Email Accounts" module.
- Click the "New" button to create a new email account.
- Select the "POP3" or "IMAP" protocol for the incoming mail server, depending on your email provider's settings.
- Enter the incoming mail server settings, such as server name, port number, and SSL/TLS options.
- Enter the username and password for your email account.
- Test the connection to ensure that the email account is configured correctly.
- Click the "Save" button to save the email account configuration.
Once you have configured your email account in ServiceNow, you should be able to receive and send emails through your personal email account within the ServiceNow instance.
