Email not receiving in Personal instances

Hi Experts,

I'm sending emails to my personal instance but I do not see them in the Inbox or in received modules. I have made sure that "Email receiving" is enabled and also I checked the Email Reader scheduled Job which is "Ready". Also, I'm sending emails to "devxxxx@service-now.com". Any inputs?

Hi Guys,

I seem to have figured out the root cause. The emails have to be sent to "devXXXXX@servicenowdevelopers.com". There is no need to change anything in the email accounts. Earlier I used to send it to "devXXXXX@service-now.com".

Thanks for your time.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your replies.

Email diagnostics - All Green.

Waited for hours 🙂

In Servicenow SMTP, User name is "devxxxx" and this is read-only. Further, in "from", I did try with devxxxx2service-now.com and also devxxxx@servicenowdevelopers.com

Still no email received

Thanks,

Hey,

You will not receive an email as your "User name" has only "devxxxxx".

User name should be with domain. For eg.: "dev12345@service-now.com"

Check "Test Connection" in Related Links.

Thank you.

Hi Tameem,

Please check mail is successfully sent from sender or not.If it is then it might be an internet issue,Sometimes it take more time due to that.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your inputs. I have tried everything, the emails are not received in Servicenow. I tried with couple of instances. I even asked one of my friend to send an email to his instance. He too didn't receive it.

Are you guys able to send emails to Servicenow and do they show up in your instances.

Thanks,
