Email notification for external user

How to send a email notification for external user..? is there any filter condition do i need to add.?

Hi Raj,

Thank you so much for your reply. For single user i can add a email as you said, but multiple external users are there for that what i have to do, can you pls help me in that.?

If the external users are belongs to a particular DL list, then you can add DL email address to notification. This way you can send to multiple external users without creating a group ServiceNow.

Hi Bharat,

You can add as many email addresses as you want in it.

OR

As Babuprasad has commented, you can create a group and add the group email address here

You can add an email address to whom you want to send while defining the notification

If they are External Business partner then you can create a group of those users and send email to that group.
