Email notification for Incidents not updated

Hi guys, 

 

I am willing to create a notification for when an incident hasn't had any updates to its additional/work notes for an X amount of days sent to the assignee. 

 

Can this be achieved by a flow designer? Or a system notification + event should be used?

I think you can achieve this by using Flow Designer.

you can use flow which runs daily at midnight and check which records are not updated in last X days

then use For each logic to iterate and use send email action to send email
