Email Notification Rendering Differently on Mac (Apple Mail)

Hi Community,

I have a question regarding how email notifications from ServiceNow appear in Apple Mail on macOS.

We’ve styled the Approve/Reject buttons using HTML and inline CSS /internal css, and the text color is set to white. On most platforms (like Outlook and Gmail on Windows), the button appears as expected with white text. However, users on Mac (Apple Mail) are seeing the button text in blue instead of white.

Hi @pallavibysani

have you tried several Apple Mail apps?

Perhaps it might be some theme/personalisation of that particular user applied just for them.
