We have below requirement where checking way to implement solution
End of day, system should send email to all users (dynamic "TO" recipients and dynamic "cc" users) with whom tickets are pending. This email body must show report (bar graph/pie chart) data and as an attachment other reports in xlsx format.
The below article referred to,but guess it will not help to achieve the above requirement with attachment, report in email body, dynamic recipients using suggested functionality.

2. Embed List Reports in a Scheduled Report Email
Need expert advice on how can we achieve the requirement highlighted in bold.
