Emergency change requests are restricted in blackout period

Not able to raise emergency change in blackout period even though type defined in schedule in for normal and standard change only.

@Dr Atul G- LNG : It is like not allowing to save or submit the emergency change.

I found an issue in one of the Client scripts, the condition for checking the type of the change type was causing the issues. Thanks for the help though.
