Hi All,
Like how in Incident case, once an end user submits an Incident in Service portal he can able to post his/her comments. But it is not possible incase of Catalog Request. I cant see any text box to post comments.
Also can anyone let me know how to add some more fields on the right hand side widget and I want to change the Estimated Completion Date is showing wrong information.
Thanks,
SNOW@Das

Should be due to security issue, check the write ACL's for comments field in request table.
Thanks

Hi,
Check for write sc_req_item.comments ACL on sc_req_item table. If possible check all ACL of sc_req_item.comments field.

Hi,
I know its an old post, but we just found out that if the RITM is on state "On Hold", the customer cant comment. As soon as you place the state as Opened or any other active state, the comments are back up.
Hope it helps.
