End user in Service Portal with snc_external and snc_required_script_writer_permission roles.

Hello,

Due to company requirements, I need an external CSM user with access to the Service Portal and the snc_external role to also have the snc_required_script_writer_permission role.

We have a custom HTML field displayed in the portal, and since the upgrade to the Zurich version, the external user no longer has write permissions for this field.

Any ideas?

Have you check access analyzer to see if there is a new ACL that might be blocking the access.

Yes, it only happens to me in a custom field of type HTML; there is an OOTB ACL *.[html] that blocks writing and I don't know how to bypass it.
