Hi everyone - recently we had an idea of implementing "Enhancements" in our ServiceNow instance.
This would be similar to Incidents, but would present an idea that we would want implemented in the future, related to an app.
Do you guys know if there is something OOB for this? My idea was creating a Catalog Item for Enhancements, but I was curios if there is somethings special already created for this (like Problems, Incidents, etc. )
Thank you!

Hi @Nicolae-Georgia ,
OOB you can use Demand Management to create enhancement request in ServiceNow
There is Related Link named "Create Enhancement" available on the Demand form as shown below:

You can also just create a record producer or a catalog item named "Enhancement Request" and have a few questions displayed about generic request on the enhancement request . Users can select the catalog item from portal and place their request. This option would be better in case you are not using Demand management already in the instance

Yeah, that's exactly what I had in mind. I was just curious if there was something from ServiceNow related to this.
Since we don't have Demand Management, I'm sure we'll go with this option. Thanks a lot for your help!
