Enhancement Workflow

Is there an OOTB workflow for Enhancement? I'm looking to update the Approval (Awaiting approval) part of the workflow.

Hi,

No there is no workflow for enhancements. It is like process which you have to follow and can be modified as per requirement.

Kind of execution plan.

There is no OOB workflow for enhancement.

In your case, it's a custom process configured for enhancement on your instance.

OOB, we don't have process flow for enhancement table.

You will need to update your existing business rule, script includes which is moving enhancment stages on your instance.

Thanks. Question about adding Approval groups in a workflow. Can I make one of the users in the group mandatory to approve before it moves to another enhancement state? Say there are 5 people in the group, I want to make user 1 mandatory. If the other 4 users approve, it still requires user 1 to approve before it moves to another state. If that makes sense.

Yes, you can verify well control this using business rule to verify if that particular user is approved the record or not before moving the workflow to next phase.
