Is there an OOTB workflow for Enhancement? I'm looking to update the Approval (Awaiting approval) part of the workflow.

Yes, you can configure in workflow as well like below in approval group activity

How would I update the script to add a specific user? So, after they approve (even though others might approve) the action takes place (State changes to Work in Progress)?
