Enroll in Password Reset is not working - PwdEnrollQuestionsProcessor script might be incorrect

Hello,

Our Enroll in Password Reset function is not moving past entering the answers for the selected questions. Once you hit submit, it does not move to a success or failed screen. Simply stays at the questions. I am concerned that the PwdEnrollQuestionsProcessor script may not be correct, and I don't know what it should be to compare.

Please help!

If you want to compare your version of PwdEnrollQuestionsProcessor to the original, if you access the Script Include record directly, there should be a related list called "Versions" available where you should be able to see the original script include record. If the Related List "Versions" is not available, you should be able to add it directly from "Configure" -> "Related List", and add "Versions" to be able to have access to it.

There are no versions listed under the versions tab. Guess it has not been changed from the oob version. What could be causing the Enroll in Password Reset function to not work?
