Error display on form if user attach the document more thn 18874368 bytes

Hi All,

I have below requirement

in the incident form if user attach more then 

18874368 bytes attachments, so after Error will get populate in the form. your attachment size is so big. 

please let me know how do it.

user will add the attachment by clicking below screen snap 1. go to email tab and attached from there.
