Error messages in email logs ,User did not press the Send button in Email Client and Email contains the same Message-ID as a previous sent email, preventing loop by setting it to 'Ignored' state

When iam reply through email client from servicenow i got below

Error messages in email logs ,User did not press the Send button in Email Client and   Email contains the same Message-ID as a previous sent email, preventing loop by setting it to 'Ignored' state

Please give the reason and solution for this issue

i got second error string , Received Ignore .

I have the same issue. Were you able to find out a solution?

I had the same problem and found a simple solution. (Sometimes programming bugs are the simplest one *palm hit face moment*)

My background is that I used Studio to create a custom table and form etc. I created a UI Action to open the Email Client.
