Hi@ All, How can we configure the estimated delivery time of catalog item without using workflow? could you please help explain the procedure step by step?

Configuring the estimated delivery time of a Catalog item in ServiceNow without using a workflow can be done using business rules and Catalog item properties.
- Define the Estimated Delivery Time Field
- Create a Business Rule to Set the Delivery Time
- Define the Script to Calculate Delivery Time and Test the Configuration.

To configure the estimated delivery time of a catalog item
- Navigate to the Catalog Item: Go to Service Catalog > Maintain Items and select the catalog item you want to configure.
- Open the Catalog Item Form: In the form, locate the “Delivery Time” field.
- Set the Delivery Time: Manually enter the estimated delivery time in the “Delivery Time” field. This can be a fixed number of days or hours.
- Save the Changes: Click “Save” to apply the changes.
This will set the estimated delivery time for the catalog item without needing to use a workflow

But why? When something OOTB available , why you dont want to use that.
