Hi@ All, How can we configure the estimated delivery time of catalog item without using workflow? could you please help explain the procedure step by step?

Configuring the estimated delivery time of a Catalog item in ServiceNow without using a workflow can be done using business rules and Catalog item properties.

  1. Define the Estimated Delivery Time Field
  2. Create a Business Rule to Set the Delivery Time
  3. Define the Script to Calculate Delivery Time and Test the Configuration.

Hi @Ramesh_143 

To configure the estimated delivery time of a catalog item 

  1. Navigate to the Catalog Item: Go to Service Catalog > Maintain Items and select the catalog item you want to configure.
  2. Open the Catalog Item Form: In the form, locate the “Delivery Time” field.
  3. Set the Delivery Time: Manually enter the estimated delivery time in the “Delivery Time” field. This can be a fixed number of days or hours.
  4. Save the Changes: Click “Save” to apply the changes.

This will set the estimated delivery time for the catalog item without needing to use a workflow
