Event is fired, Notification is not getting fired

Hi All,

I'm facing issue with the Notification. I'm triggering the notification using the event. The event is generated through workflow. Event Param 1 contains Email ID. I can see the params in the event logs but, no luck with the notification.   Checked all the settings and notification preferences. Can someone help me fixing this issue

Thanks for the response. I couldn't figure out that issue, hence used dot walking   to pick the email ID and used event to trigger the notification. It worked

And also check for whom you sending the notification.

Thanks for response. Its not just with single user, tried changing multiple user

And the weird part is when I change the Email ID in the event in the event queue and reprocess it. It triggers the notification.


May be the email ID to whom you you are triggering notification is not correct. From where the email is getting triggered? Business rule?


In the user profile of the particular user check if the notifications are disabled
