EventQueue not triggering from Inbound action

HI,

I set up the eventqueue in Inbound actions, created event and set up notification but the event is not triggered. The inbound action is executed as i checked with logs.

Just to let if anyone wants what I did at last if that helps anyone I wrote a Business Rule and it nicely triggered.

Hi,

Could you please check the event name is the correct one and try replacing email.from to email.from.toString()

Hi Alok,

Event name is correct i created today itself . I am getting the value of email.from WHEN I SEE in LOGS does it need to be converted to string?

can you check on the "sysevent_list.do" table to check the status of your event.

That will help you solve this..
