Expand Search on the Supplier Portal

Good afternoon developers,

 

If I want to expand the search on the Supplier Portal to allow suppliers to search for their purchase orders/invoices (open and closed) on the Home Screen, is that possible?

It looks like OOB, I'm given these Search Sources but I don't have a way to add to them:

Also, would I be able to expand the search here as well, on the list view of purchase orders?

Hi @cnharris1 ,

You need to be on the correct Application scope for the "Edit" or "New" button to add new Search Sources to be visible:

Please change the application scope from the homepage as i attached in my first screenshot and try again.

Hi @Community Alums !

 

Thanks for responding! I changed my application scope but for some reason I'm still not getting the New/Edit buttons on the Search Sources tab:

I checked my roles and I have admin access but not sure why I can't see the New/Edit buttons.

Sorry about the late reply! That was the issue. I thought I had all the permissions to see the new button but there was something wrong with our instance and we had to submit a ticket to ServiceNow. Once our instance was refreshed, I was able to see the application picker.
