Expire Notification from Flow Designer for Certificates

Hi Team, 

We have Unique Certificates where we have to check if certificate is going to expire in 45 days then trigger notification from flow designer. 

Can anyone please help me what steps and conditions we can put to check 45 days notifications. 

And when we'll trigger notification from flow and how we can include table values into notification.

I have tested this in my instance and it has some emails set as send-ready.
