Export > PDF (portrait) from form view doesn't export the email sent by client template

Hi,

Export > PDF (portrait) from form view doesn't export the email sent by client template. Export file shows the other email sent by email notification but not showing email sent by (three dots) client email template. screenshot attached for reference. 

Any suggestion how to export the email sent by client template in pdf.
