Export to PDF is not working on Dashboards

One user is not able to export to PDF on Dashboard. getting error :- "An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. " while i am able to do so as an Administrator.   any idea why this is happening.

Hi Mahesh,

You need to activate the plugin for Export PDF home pages and dashboards.

plug in: WebKit HTML to PDF

Hi Laxmikanth, Plugin is already active in system. One user is having this problem to export to pdf, while i am able to export.

can you please check in logs if any error thrown while you trying to export to pdf?
