Export To Pdf is not working

Hello ,

In Calgary version of servicenow,when we click on "Export to Pdf" button for a Bar chart type reprt,the following message appears for long time,

"Export in Progress" in dialog box.

Export of the report is not happening at all.

Does anyone came across this sort of message while exporting?If so,please share your experience on the same.

We're currently running Calgary Patch 4, and when I click on the "Export to PDF" button in Internet Explorer 9, it just shows the header of an "Export to PDF" pop-up. (In the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox, the same pop-up actually includes options for Orientation and Delivery, and at the bottom you can select "OK" to actually generate the PDF.)

I'll probably end up creating a support ticket for my issue--and if the workaround is "Don't use IE," I won't be too upset because that still fixes a lot of problems with a lot of sites--but I wanted to check with the community first to see if this is a known issue.

Ram, for your issue, are you using IE or a different browser?

Hello Michael,

Actually we resolved the issue by removing the trailing space in css.color setting.

Hi all,

we dont have any trailing space, but still facing the issue. Wierd thing is , one time it works, and the very next time for the same report it doesnt work.

Facing this issue only in New UI, calgary, IE 9.

Any facing this issue
