Export to PDF on reports

Hi,

Export to PDF on reports is not sending out mails to users. Please help.

Hi @user_lm ,

 

Are you sending from a production instance or from your PDI? If you try to send from your PDI, please see this information: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

Yes sending from prod instance and even emails are enabled.
