Walk-up Kiosk Timeout

Does anyone have a solution or suggestion regarding the timeout of Walk-up Kiosks? We want them to not timeout in the same way as standard user sessions for obvious reasons.

 

ServiceNow recommend adding a new system property specifically for Walk-up timeout and changing the reference in WalkUpUtil but that script include has a protection policy. I looked at Scripted Extension Points but there is no hook for the specific extension point in the script include (and I obviously can't amend it due to the protection policy).

I guess that other deployments have resolved this issue and wondered how it was done. Any ideas?
