System Operations Workspace rules for viewing content

Hello,
I personally have never worked with workspaces but since they are getting popular I am taking a crack at this. 

I have the sow set up but the lists that are provided are shown to all users which I dont want.  Here is what they see OOTB

What I want is to be able to have roles for my change management users, incident management and  problem management.  To break it down more here is my requirement
Incident management users - see only requests, catalog tasks, incidents, tasks
Change management users - see only requests and tasks
Problem management users - see only tasks and requests

I have read up on it and understand there needs to be audiences but I got lost in all the jumping around with scopes and lists etc.  Can someone help me?  I am so lost now haha

Hi @GEM1 

if you are entering the SOW as an admin user, you will see everything.

But other users will have different roles according to the module they will work in. Therefore, there is no need to modify anything in the SOW as each user will only see what his roles will allow.

This is good point about SN, it is all driven by role only. The menu / applications / modules which you see in SN it is all due to right role and access. In your case as you login as Admin so you can see all option and if you impersonate with NON ITIL user or user with limited access , can see only limited options. 

So no changes required now.
