After I've created an On-Call Scheduling, where is the comprehensive and detailed data stored? I need to export the schedule in a format that shows the relevant details of who is on schedule daily, etc but I cannot find where the data is stored.
I've tried "cmn_rota" and "cmn_rota_roster", but the tables created there only show 2 rows like "Primary" or "Secondary", but does not show me the daily data. I've referred to this previous discussion "https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/importing-and-exporting-for-on-call-schedules/m... but it leads me to the same area. Please help, thanks!
