Exposing Agentic AI to End Users

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I am exploring the possibility of exposing Agentic AI to end users. Can anyone share insights on whether it’s feasible to make Agentic AI accessible to end users within ServiceNow? If so, what channels or methods can be utilized for this purpose?

Any guidance or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

This document say's that: " AI agents currently can't be created or edited in Virtual Agent Designer. You can only view them in Virtual Agent Designer. They can be created, edited, tested, and deleted only in AI Agent Studio."
But basically i need to expose this agent to end users via,  portal, ms teams  How i can achieve this?
any detailed documentation or steps?

May be yes we can do it through the channels like portal, ms teams as well..but needs integration for now
