Field changes disappear from activity stream.

Hi,

I'm currently facing an issue where the field changes made to the form are appearing and immediately disappearing from the activity stream after loading the form. Even the system properties are enabled, and activity filter is also configured.

 How can we configure this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have u checked whether it is turned off from activity filter.

Kindly check in the filter activity whether All is checked or not. If not checked, Kindly check on All

'All' is checked already under the Activity filter. Please find the image below
