Fields are shown in Incident but are not shown in Service Operation Workspace

I have a problem that when I try to create new incident with a view of 'Service Operation Workspace' I am able to see all required fields, but when I go to Service Operation Workspace and try to create new incident the fields are not the same like the incident view. Can anyone tell me what should I do in order to them to be the same?

Hi @Alon Grod 

 

In the 'Service Operation Workspace' The required fields are not added. you can go to Configure - Form Layout - select your view and add fields there.
