Filters in ui builder don't save selected value

Hello Experts,

In ui builder I created list with some filters. Filters works and user can chose what is shown on the list but they dont save value

I select value in the filter:

I click apply but chosen value is gone and number does not show up next to filter: 

this is what happen on different page with similar configuration:

number of selected elements is shown next to the filter. Why filters don't save their value on one page but do save on another?
