In my flow, I have 2 levels of approval. One is manager and then a group approval. When manager approves, it shows "approved" on the approval record, then 2nd level approval kicks in and it is sent to the group (anyone to approve/reject).
When form reloads, the manager approval also resets to "requested" and again email is sent to the manager. Now, when 2nd level approval is done, it resets the remaining approvals(1st &2nd level) to "no longer required".
How to fix this?

I followed this and turned off approval engines for Requested Item. Then it worked.
My biggest worry, is this the right way? this fixed the flow approval sequence but, will it affect other workflow approvals?

Can you please check if the manager is the part of approving group?
