Hi Developers,
We would like to analyze the data and create a report for ServiceNow Virtual Agent in which there is an Okta MFA Reset APIs been called through Flow Designer Action and getting executed to identify if the flow is Success/ Failure and this data is required to analyze in case of success or failure like OKTA MFA RESET IS NOT SUCCESSFUL due to xyz reason..
Okta MFA Chatbot required fields/ information in the report:
- Workflow Name (Short description) - OKTA MFA Reset
- Requested For/ Created by - User ID of Requester/ who has requested for okta reset
- Execution start time - Flow execution start date and time
- Completed Date and time - Flow completion start date and time
- Status - Success/ Failure
- Output_message (Should not be blank) - Okta has been failed due to API call failed or any other flow exection issue.
FAILURE : OKTA MFA RESET IS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

- Function_Name(Derived from AG) - GSD team

We've checked and flow engine context table (sys_flow_context) holds few of the details, however its not the entire success/ failure information and in our case its an Flow Designer (Action) which is actually triggering the automation flow as per designed in the ServiceNow Virtual Agent.
Hence please share your inputs/ suggestions on how we can customized to achieve this reporting requirement. PFA for your reference.
