I can see the email logs for last 60 days in the instance. Is this a constant value in ServiceNow or is there a property in the system where we can change this behavior to be 30 days or so?

Hi @clementh,
Unless you've set up any particular rules or implemented and configured plugins such as the email archiving and destruction plugin and feature, while email are 'archived' by default every 30 days, they are not deleted and are available and visible in the email logs
To view the Email logs, ('sys_email' table) type and click on the 'Emails' link under 'System logs in the Navigation menu.
As @Miguel Donayre points out with his response in the below related question and response (Kudos), whilst the email log uses the extension setting for archiving, this means is that the extension never deletes data, just partitions the table based on an extension schedule.
To help others (and for me to gain recognition for my efforts), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.

Thanks, Robbie
