I have a request, when user profiles are set to French i need to have the english words on the CMN_Department table to show the French equivalent if their profile in SerivceNow is French.
How do i do this?
in addition, how can i show this on the email notification that will be sent out.
Ex.
CMN_DEPARTMENT
English word: Tax
French Profile in ServiceNow to see: Impôt
Also will see Impôt on the email notification
