Generate Approval from the CIs sys_IDs

Hi All,

I am looking for a script which can generate approval for the CIs sys id I populated in a field. refer snapshot below - 

In the get_sysids field I am populating the sys ids of all the CIs linked to a application service.

Now I need to look it up in cmdb table and generate the approval based on their department and add it to CHG also display the list of approval group in the Approval Group (list collector) field (remove duplicate group).

Please let me know how I can fulfill this. 🙂
