Just checked again on a customer that is on N-1, same message to be seen. Though nothing to immediately worry about. You still have 4 or 5 months to upgrade!

Do be aware that if you leave it really late to upgrade yourself, ServiceNow will schedule changes to force upgrade. Though if you just upgrade in the next 1, 2, 3 months it should not be an issue at all.

Kind regards,

Hi @Community Alums

This is a warning message to notify you that your instances are nearing the end of life for a particular release family and upgrades are not scheduled for them.

I think you should plan to upgrade the instance as soon as possible. Refer below links for more details :

Hi there,

Interesting, you are on Vancouver, and only Washington is the newer release. This is weird to see. I didn't see it at on of my customers last week that I recall which is N-1 and also on Vancouver.

I would say: create a ServiceNow Support Case to have this explained. Looks odd. Near end of life even if you are on N-1 contract is still 4 or 5 months away.

Kind regards,
