Give access to Time Sheet Portal for Non ITIL users

Hi Experts,

 

I need a help on giving access to Non ITIL users for Time Sheet Portal. As a part of testing I gave timecard_user role to few non ITL users. After adding timecard_user role to there user accounts, now user able to view Time Sheet Portal. But, when they try to add anything to Time Sheet Portal. I am getting an error from "tc-grid" and "timecard-portal-container" widgets and on logs I see a specific warning at line 143(tc-grid, server script).

 

Any help or thoughts are much appreciated!

I recommend logging a support case with HI, the role should have allowed access to the timesheet portal.
