Global search and Related search functionality not working

Related search records functionality not working with respect to keywords enter in short description field and also Global search  functionality not working eventhough records were there with the keywords we enter for search. Eg.test

Any properties or missing plugins was causing this there. 

Please provide your inputs to resolve this issue.

There could be multiple reasons to cause this, without properly looking into the instance it will be very difficult to troubleshoot.

Did you recently upgrade the instance? Or is it a fresh install?

Either the case, reach out to HI team, they handle such cases.
