I have been noticing some unexpected behavior with records in a scoped app I've been developing, and wondering if anyone else has seen this type of thing before, and what it is that might be causing it.
Below is a screenshot of a custom scoped app table's versions, which shows a version record from the recent Utah upgrade on the instance. I'm not sure what would cause this to be treated like an OOTB configuration:
