Hi
I have a question I am needing help with, is it possible to have multiple types of customers information consolidated into one field.
Example, I have a customer call on behalf of another customer, e.g. customer A is calling for customer B with help on system issues.
Note: Customer b may or may not already have an account provisioned
Is there a way I can record both parties' information on the same field instead of having recorded in different fields for customer A and Customer B

If you are talking about a task record, you can probably use the watchlist, which can be used to add multiple users and also used for communications. The requested for or opened by remains the user for whom the request was requested.

You can use watch list to add users.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

No, I am more like looking to add a field to the form and if I were to use the watchlist, I cannot manually enter any user if they are not already within the user record. That field is a reference field.

You can enter the users email who is not in the system in the watchlist using the textbox 'Enter Email address'
