You could click on Service portal configuration -> Choose Branding editor -> Click Theme colours to change the header color

Ctrl+Alt+right click
Go to corresponding widget and then add CSS to change the background color
background-color:<color of your choice>

Hi @Rajendar3
Navigate to "Employee Center Header" widget. Clone this widget and change color of header in CSS.Add your cloned widget to EC Theme.
Sometimes your changes will not get reflect immediately. So logout and login again to see change on ESC portal.
You may face cross scope issues as well. So you have to search for those records and Allow the application cross scope access (Restricted Caller Access Privileges).
