Help needed with the Exception Rule Form !!

Hi Team,
I have customized the Exception Rule Form in my Instance.
Whenever I save/submit the form, no action takes place.
How can we send approval via email after record is submitted ?
Also, record once submitted does not even appear in list view ?
Could you please help here ?

HI, if records are not visible and you have no list view warning that XX records hidden by security constraints, then either the records do not exist\were not created correctly\were not created against the table you are looking at, or there is a QBR hiding them.
To trigger an approval process for a record you would normally use a workflow or flow - you should be able to find OOB examples of approval in a PDI.
