Hi,
I am not able to checkout or publish my workflow, And Workflow Version(wf_workflow_version) is not getting tagged to appropriate Workflow(wf_workflow). can anyone help me on this.

Hi Naveen,
Navigate to Workflow->Administration->Workflow Versions and search for your workflow. You should see a record of you workflow checked out by another person.
You can check with that person, if you can delete his version or if he can checkin the workflow so that you can checkout.

Quick question. Is there anyone else working on the workflow ?
Usually this happens when the workflow is locked by someone else.

Hi R0b0,
As that is my personal instance,no one has checked it out. Am not able to check out or copy or publish any workflow. i seriously don't know why suddenly this is happening so.

Hey Naveen
Workflow is checked out by any other person.
Go and check- Workflow Version
Once you find that workflow is checkout by someone else, Impersonate to him them publish that workflow and then now come back into your profile, and do it whatever you want to change in workflow.
Note- Remove the filter by default in breadcrumb
