Hi i need a related list created in the record producer as "Request PIR" once clicked i need problem

Hi ,

I have an requirement i need to create a Related list called Request PIR once i click on that it should create a problem task in problem table.

So am not able to find UI action in record producer to create a UI action,

and also could you please let me know how to create a related list in the record producer called" Request PIR" once clicked on that a problem record should be created

record producer is not a normal form where you can add related list.

Can you explain your business requirement in detail with screenshots?

Hi Ankur,

1.I have incident form shown below-in which  related list i have an option called"Request PIR" once clicked on this a problem ticket and task is created.

2. user needs the same related in  the record producer , i have a record producer called "Request a RCA"

and user needs the same related list a above" Request PIR " in the record producer - Request RCA so once clicked on this request PIR a problem record should be created from the record producer.

the Request PIR is the UI action which is already existing in the system

so same UI action you create on the target table of your record producer.

just ensure you enhance the UI action as per your requirement.
