Hide, Disable, Or Make Read Only - Comments on Closed Incidents - Service Portal

Hello,

I'm trying to make the additional comments in the Incident ticket form on Service Portal read only if the incident is closed. Below is what I have tried. Thank you in advance.

I tried the incident.comments ACL and added condition "State" is not "Closed" but it didn't work. Not sure if I set it up right. Below is a screenshot.

I also tried an onLoad client script to make it read only, it didn't work. But again, not sure if set it right.

Best regards,

Ruaa

Check if you have any other write ACL on comments field?

Thank you, @RaghavSh. I think after the Tokyo upgrade there was an added ACL for incident.comments that grants write access to itil role users.
